I have lived here for a year now and I am shocked by some of the reviews. I love The Villas. Dog friendly, beach access, quiet and comfortable atmosphere...the residents are awesome. If you don't love a brand-new, huge place with big windows on all of your bedroom walls, this is probably not your kind of place. The management here is very friendly. Very pleased. My experience has been delightful. About The Villas at Monarch Beach. Everything is very clean and up to date. People are more friendly than when I lived in a Laguna Niguel house. All items were ready timely for move-in. All the neighbors are friendly, the grounds with the big trees are very nice, my dog loves it here. Was so happy to find a 1 bedroom apartment so close to the beach also with a pool. The onsite management is pleasant and hard-working.
